Im all for alternate power, its just this idea is impractical. The cost would be astronomical, glare would be terrible, solar panels have a short shelf life, grip when wet or oily (there is none), roads would need constant cleaning etc etc. The future lies in nuclear fusion and more efficient green energy, not inefficient and impractical ideas? like this.
